ADJUST BOOKING HOURS

Does your professional need more time than expected to complete your booking? If that's the case, and you approve, you can simply email us online@zjcleaning.com. Our customer experience team will be able to adjust the hours for you.

Need to adjust your hours because your professional didn't arrive on time? Contact our customer experience team using the contact form. We aim to respond within a few hours.

Note that our bookings are subject to a three-hour minimum.

MY BOOKING WAS RESCHEDULED
We are sorry we had to reschedule your booking. Though we desire unlimited availability, occasionally there aren’t enough professionals available at a given time. If this happens, we will reschedule for another time, when a cleaner is available.

IS THERE A MINIMUM BOOKING COMMITMENT?

Nope, you’re free to try out Zjcleaning.com by booking a one-off clean.

Once you have tried us out, you can make a weekly or bi-weekly booking and get the same professional every time. Unlike one-off bookings, repeat cleans are subject to a 3-month minimum commitment. This means that within 90 days of your first booking.

However, if you're not satisfied with your current cleaner, just let us know and we'll happily find a replacement for you.

CAN MY PROFESSIONAL CLEAN THE OUTSIDE WINDOWS?
Professionals are generally not able to clean the outside of windows. There are some specific circumstances where they can help: when the windows are easily, safely accessible on the ground floor or are on a wide balcony/terrace with barriers, with firm, even flooring. Obviously, this is weather-permitting and you would need to provide appropriate sponges. Please note, your professional is never able to work at height, so cannot use a ladder or step ladder.
HOW DO I REQUEST A SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL?
Did you find a professional that you really liked? Great! Email our team at online@zjcleaning.com so they can have the chance to claim your booking first. Since the professionals are all independent service providers, it is to their discretion to claim your booking.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A PET?
Do you have a furry friend? It’s good practice to let your professional know in advance because unfortunately, some people have allergies. When you make a booking you have the option to mention this as a note. If the booking was already done, you have the option to edit the note.
MY PROFESSIONAL NEVER ARRIVED

You should never have to deal with uncertainty around your booking experience, and we apologise for the lapse in service.

MY PROFESSIONAL LEFT EARLY

Did you give your professional permission to leave? If this is the case, you can adjust the hours by contacting our customer experience team and explain the situation to them. Note that our bookings are subject to a three-hour minimum.

If the professional left without your permission, please be sure to rate them in the app. Any professional you rate lower than three stars will not be matched with you again. After that, you may contact the customer experience team to file a report and claim your money back.
